As a SAHM - Stay At Home Mother, I have been tightened up with all the house chores, very least possible for me to go out for some wind up, thus don't even think of go out to exercise to keep myself fit in every way.
However, I have found a good way to maintain my fitness yet at the same time doing my house chores! Guess what, it is Stretching Exercise! Even though it makes me look like a weirdo when I'm doing house chores. Well, it doesn't matter because it has been good in maintaining my body and stamina all these years.
身为一名全职妈妈,几乎每天所有的时间都在孩子和家务上,想要特地挪出时间到户外运动,以目前的情况,是不太可能的事。
因此,我只能在时间隙缝里勤做伸展体操,以维持身体活力。我常常一边做家务一边伸展肢体,儿子常常很费解,每次嘀咕:妈妈做家务的样子好奇怪……
Why it's best in every exercise? There are no equipment needed, no space and time restrictions! Anyone can start doing it at their own pace anytime anywhere they want to. Most importantly, it's easy peasy even kids and elderly manage to cope with it. It can be carry out while watching tv, sitting, reading, therefore, there is no specific timeframe being allocated just for exercise. It's convenient and it brings a lot of benefits to our health.
伸展运动是一项非常好的运动,无需任何器具,无时无刻、随时随地都可以进行,非常方便。老人与小孩都适合伸展,而且在进行任何运动前都必须用以暖身。伸展体操有简易到难度,可根据自己的能力调整及推进。
Stretching is the first, compulsory and priority of all pre exercises, it warms up the body, improve blood circulation, also circulate our body fluids and thus oxygen is carry around to whole body tissues! When the muscles is stretched and energised to its fullest capability and flexibility, it has also improved our metabolism and balance our physical and mental. In addition, with the active body and mind, it makes us feel relax and enthusiastic, we then have a happy soul. In addition, it helps our adrenalin and limphatic system to detoxify.
伸展运动除了方便,它还有很多好处,尤其能增进淋巴系统循环、血液循环及新陈代谢。伸展肢体,暖身之余最重要的是肌肉得到锻炼,也增强及柔软筋骨,提升了健康。伸展运动还可以疏通经络,达到排毒养颜的功效。这一切可以平衡身心灵,因为稳健的体魄,充满正能量,让人身心愉快。
As a conclusion, stretching exercise is simple and absolutely wonderful as no tools needed, no location and time restrictions and no age limitations! Just stretches your body anywhere anytime! It's for everyone! I wish my sharing has encouraged and inspire more people to try it out for their own benefits and so create a wholesome healthy community.
总而言之,伸展运动是一项简易的运动,没有年龄限制、何时何处都可以伸展、无需任何器具。希望我的分享,可以激励更多人一起随时随地伸展肢体,以保持身体灵活与健康。
