Sizzle
Sizzle – Waikiki Yokocho Gourmet Alley is a Wagyu Hotpot place. I had spoken to the Ten-cho (Manager) and he told me the day before that they had lunch too. If you never heard of Hotpot you should try it out. You have a big pot in front of you with some boiling broth and you put vegetables and meet/ fish etc. into the hotpot. (The name Sizzle Quietly Flowing in Japanese, very nice name)

I love Hot-pot but I usually enjoy Hotpot in Winter, so this time I onlyt ried the Lunch Menu which was Wagyu Yakiniku-Don. OMG that Calbi was so delicious, of course Japanese Meat is the best... so juicy and soft, just melts in your mouth.. And their Kimchi was incredible too. Maybe not as good as in Korea but it was definitely fantastic.
I talked with the Manager about the Restaurant and he told me that the owner had to invest 4x the amount for this restaurant than the Main restaurant in Japan. Incredible that they are taking the risk to invest so much money in a foreign country.
