For those too young to remember we've been down this road before.
What followed was people generally stopped using mildly offensive terms like gay or retard. Like all slippery slopes it's never enough, and you get a thin skinned society like today where everything can be misconstrued as offensive.
So do the world a favor and bring back the tropes of the 90's by calling your best friend a fag.
