On this last Thursday Hive account@ccommons.art, Hive account@inyoursteem and Hive account@steemshirts where at the #TRA2018 advocating for #CryptoArt education within the most prestigious transportation technologies and mobility related event in Europe.

A unique occasion to bring the steemians, expecially the #steemit-austria and #deutsch communities, our Erasmus+ students and merge non formal education mobility, future of travel and creativity within a common understanding throught #CryptoArt.

Some weeks ago already I have been experimenting some cryptoart workshops outside of Hive account@frameworks where we are hosting usually the Hive account@globalschool activities. At the last steemit-austria meetup, I decide to bring some t-shirts and textile painting, and see if the steemians would participate to the co creation of some memorable t-shirts together. After the success of the activity, I thought, collectives such as Hive account@slothicorn and Hive account@ccommons.art, but in general the Hive account@creative-commons community and more largely all communities and groups represented on steemit and on the steem blockchain would eventually enjoy to have their own steem related t-shirts to collect funds to self sustain their community projects. That is how after talking with the globalschool participants and see Juli (Hive account@inyoursteem) motivated, we came up with the idea to launch a pop up handmade t-shirts designer studio and we launched Hive account@steemshirts.

Every project, community and collective need to have a certain autonomy, I mean, be some kind of self sufficient to not expect too much to be taken over by one or another member of the community, and lets be honest this is mostly a question of resource and system to be put in place to enable this autonomy.

Hive account@ccommons.art is mostly depending on the time an initiative of the collective to achieve its goal and mission: support and reward artists contributing to CC on the blockchain. To make this

Hive account@alexandravart imagined "The Wall of Fame". An editorial serie, conceived as a medium for participatory curation, focusing on creativity empowerment.

At the beginning as huge supporters were behind her and as she was available to commit as necessary to make live the project, the idea was prosperous, and it was possible to share equally the rewards of the featured artists of the day. However, after a lil while, publishing every 2 days was a certain effort, which unfortunately without a continuous help of more comfortable supporters was not always bringing enaugh rewards to share a really gentle reward as hoped. So we looked for solutions to implement.

Developing the concept of Hive account@frameworks within the preparation phases of the "com-lab", I was thinking for the #cryptoart autonomous space project to implement a serie of self sustained rewards systems to ensure the space with a mechanisms which allow it to self sustain and at terms to reproduce itself while reaching the proper conditions. Meeting Hive account@alexandravart and starting the cooperation between Hive account@ccommons.art and Hive account@globalschool really inspired me to explore the fields of these self sustained systems and their dynamics, interactions and requirements, so I could with some support design the proper solutions, observing which triggers are the ones to monitor and for which type of interactions and outcomes.

Developing IOT and more generally IT solutions for the prosperity of the community brings a passionating life. However, what is even more passionating is to transftert a know how from a field to another. Thats is how I came up with Hive account@steemshirts as a possible solution to generate new rewards that can be shared with the community of active contributors.
