This series, which initially seemed to me to be something childish, has managed to catch me quite, since very different from what I thought, it has characters, stories, and mysteries, quite deep and moving; but, above all things, I was interested in Steven's transition, from being a happy and carefree boy to carrying the immense weight of the actions of his mother Rose, whom he does not know and with whom he is in constant conflict, even questioning the actions taken by it. The adversities that the young Steven has had to go through at a very young age are many, however, with the help of his inseparable friends and family, Perla, Garnet and Amethyst, Steven gradually manages to solve the countless difficulties to the that is going on throughout the series.
Here I show you the drawing process, in which, first make and highlight the Sketch. I must admit that I'm really bad at arranging space and characters, so putting the four characters really took me a lot of time and many attempts xDD
Then I started coloring Steven
Then I continued with Perla and with her iconic spear, and I began experimenting to see if I found Garnet's key, which was somewhat difficult xD
Then, after having given a relatively similar hue, culminate by coloring Garnet.
After that I continued with Amethyst
And finally culminate drawing Leon, Steven's mascot.
