What is CryptoWolf?
Good question! They are an exchange but they have no user accounts currently. It all works automatically without having your own wallets there. So they are very different to exchanges like Bittrex or Binance. It is more like a swap platform where you send one coin and get another coin send into a wallet of your choice.
Currently they are accepting Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin to trade for the other coins they offer.
They basically give just three infos:

I did not found any other info there about them. To be honest, that is not a good thing and gives kind of a shady impression to me. I would be very careful using this website for large sums and only trade the minimum to see if all works out for you! However, I wanted to test their services because Smartcash is only on a few exchanges and some of my followers have suggested it to me. So I went for it.
How To Trade Smartcash on CryptoWolf
To get to the Smartcash trade you need to scroll down to the "Premium Partners" where Smartcash is listed first. After you click on it you land on the Smartcash exclusive trading page where you can buy and sell it. In this post I concentrate on the buying aspect.
Choose Your Trading Coin
Select the deposit coin you want to use to buy the Smartcash. I used Litecoin for that which I got for trading some Steem Dollars on Bittrex. Make sure that you have at least $100 in the coin of your choice as that is the minimum they support. Then select the coin you want to receive. On that specific page you can only select Smartcash, except if you selected Smartcash as your depositing coin to sell it. Then you get the full amount of all the coins the support to select as receiving coin.
Next you need to fill in the exacty amount of the coin you are going to use to buy the Smartcash. Below you will see the expected Smartcash amount as well as the value in USD. If the value is below $100 it will be indicated in red and you need to increase the amount accordingly. I was very pleased to see that the amount of Smartcash was exactly according to market value and I got a very good deal.
Provide Your SmartCash Address
This step is now crucial: Make sure to provide your SmartCash address under "Receiving Address". This is where your SmartCash will be send to. Double check this very well as any mistake here could result in loosing your funds! Below you'll find a field for "Receiving Tag" which I have left empty.
Then you have a refund address field where you should add a working receiving address for your used deposit coin in case something goes wrong and the funds have to be returned. You should also double check this one very well. Last but not least you can provide an optional email address for eventualities. I would suggest doing that as it probably gives you an extra layer of security.
If everything looks good you can begin the transaction by clicking Next.
Send Your Funds And Wait
Now you will get the deposit address for the coin you selected to pay for your SmartCash. Initiate the transaction from the wallet of your choice. Again, make sure to double check the address very well to avoid a loss. Then you have to wait. First, the blockchain of your deposit coin has to accept your transaction which usually takes a while. Then you will see a confirmation from CryptoWolf that the deposit was successful.
At this point you have to be patient. I was waiting for more than the promised 20-30 minutes. And then I got impatient and started to worry where my SmartCash is as I did not receive it in my wallet in time. So I contacted their support but to write a ticket you have to select a receiving coin and Smartcash - Premium Partner aside - was not among them. So I was not able to do that properly. Instead I went to their Discord channel and asked for support. After a few minutes someone responded and told me to wait for another 15 minutes and finally the SmartCash arrived in my wallet. I think the overall waiting time was between 45-60 minutes.
Conclusion
The service worked for me and the fees were not great but ok. The waiting time was longer than promised which made me unnecessary nervous. And the support is very difficult to use as they only offer an incomplete ticket service, a read-only Telegram chat and an empty (probably new) Discord channel. I found that they have a lack of information about themselves and their services. You should be careful and probably not buy large amounts there yet.
Nevertheless everything worked and I got my SmartCash. So I think it was worth my time and I will probably use them again until the MonkeyCoin exchange offers their new redesign and English support. Alternatively you can get SmartCash also on HitBTC, CryptoBridge and CoinExchange.
