If you are asking for SmartCash please create a proposal... when it comes to funding, the community always decides if what you're suggesting is worth it based on views followers engagement etc. But if your main idea in the proposal is to get more money for posting on Steemit to your 300 followers I think it would be unlikely, because we have already have Team SmartCash on Steemit. If you were thinking about creating something extra like video content etc, the community may decide it is worth it. if you're not sure how to go about creating a proposal, let me know :)
