SmartCash recently announced the launch of a "sister coin" which will be named Bitcoin Confidential.

Some in the community have voiced their concerns with starting a sister coin as well as concerns with the name Bitcoin Confidential.

Whether or not this is a good idea is to be determined. What is clear, though, is the SmartCash community does not have the ability to vote on decisions like this sister coin.

So, in behalf of the community, I have started a proposal where the community can vote YES if they desire to have the ability to vote on the direction of SmartCash or NO if they are happy with the current system.

I believe the value of SmartCash would rise greatly should the community be given power to control the coin they cherish so much. If you are a holder of SmartCash please be sure to vote.
