I attended one international tread fair. they was selling Welco Steam Boiler and Welco Barbecue. i bought Welco Barbecue to try out, I found it was excellent!

You can make barbecue cooking without oil in just 30 minutes. There is some food you can cook in 30 min like BBQ grilled chicken wings, Fiery BBQ flank steak tacos, Western barbecue burgers, Spicy BBQ chicken thighs and many more.

Positive part of it, you don't have to use oil, All fat remove when you steam it, No smoke.
