Temporary Downtime

Smartsteem.com (Hive account@smartsteem and Hive account@smartmarket) were not available for around 4 hours due to a technical outage.

Everything has been resolved now and should be running normally again - including payment of balances and delegation-revenues.

Additionally, measures are taken to make sure that such an outage won't happen again.
