Hello my lovely friends of steemit! I hope you are spending your day with full energy , and today I brought a healthy smoothie, it’s so easy and so yummy, you can drink after your gym.
So to make this yummy smoothie you need:
- 1/2 papaya
- 2 pears 🍐
- little water
- brown sugar
DIRECTION:
- put all the ingredients in high blender until you get a liquid texture.
Voila the papaya smoothie with pears is ready to enjoy it cold in hot weather !
