Hey @Ned I've got an idea for an SMT. What if there was an economy based on need? Like, if you needed something then you should get it, and if people could vouch for you to prove that you actually have that specific need and then the community could vote on who they would like to receive tokens and how much. It could even go a step farther with some kind of escrow or trust system on the distribution side of it to make sure that the money gets spent on that specific need. I see so many posts on SteemIt from people saying they're in hard times, it would be really nice if there was some way to arrange assistance for the folks who can verify their claims. Sort of like a cross between Indiegogo and GrantCoin. What do you think?
