Mercusuar Williams Torren atau mercusuar Pulo Breuh adalah sebuah menara yang berdiri di tepi pantai Gampong (baca: desa) Meulingge, Pulo Breueh, Aceh Besar, Indonesia.

Mercusuar ini didirikan Belanda pada tahun 1875, atau dua tahun paska agresi militer pertama Belanda ke Aceh. Bangunan yang kaya akan nilai arsitektur ini didirikan diatas satu sisi bukit yang langsung menghadap ke laut.

Menurut beberapa sumber, selain disini, di Karibia juga ada mercusuar yang sama, mercusuar Williams Torren. Selain di Negara Belanda sendiri yang sekarang sudah dijadikan meseum.

Mercusuar yang dibangun pada masa berlangsung peperangan yang dahsyat dengan Aceh, didanai oleh Raja Luxemburg, Willem alexander Paul Frederich Lodewijk. Atas dasar itu mercusuar tersebut dinamai Williams Torren. Raja Williams diketahui sangat banyak membantu koloni Hindia-Belanda pada masa itu.

Mercusuar ini didirikan dengan tujuan ingin mempersiapkan bandar di laut Sabang, untuk mempermudah memantau setiap kapal yang akan masuk ke perairan Sabang, Aceh. Mercusuar ini dibangun dengan mempekerjakan orang-orang Pulo Aceh pada masa itu.

Mercusuar yang memiliki tinggi 85 meter, seperti yang dikatakan orang yang mendiami kawasan setempat, juga memiliki pondasi dengan kedalaman yang sama dengan tinggi bangunan itu sendiri. Bangunan yang sangat kokoh ini pun tetap aman ketika gempa bumi dahsyat menerjang Aceh di tahun 2004. Sampai sekarang kondisi mercusuar masih sangat bagus. Lampu-lampu masih terpasang di beberapa sudut. Ketika senja hari, kira-kira jam setengah 7 WIB lampu disini terus dinyalakan yang semakin memperlihatkan kesan eksotis dari situs sejarah satu ini.
