Best thing I ever did. Whilst I still have a Facebook account I'm not active on it at all.
My mental health improved, I sleep better, I have more time. That said I need to reduce the time I spend on discord and YouTube further.
Downside was that I was bored and felt disconnected at first. Being bored is an easy solve, as for being disconnected... The vast majority of people you speak to or look at aren't really people you connect with anyway. So I found that having a small tribe of legitimate connections was important to form
