Can I Blog About My Experiences as a Child Welfare Worker?

I have started to blog to deal with the PTSD of being a child welfare worker for over 8 years. It is very therapeutic.

I want to share my stories, but i amnot sure if i am allowed. In my stories, i always tell that i was a child welfare worker in Central Florida. I never give an exact city where i was working, as i worked in 15 different counties. I tell stories of what happened to families, children, myself, sharing my struggle to dealing with child deaths and domestic violence.

I never use names. Am i able to actually pubicly publish these stories? Or is this HIPAA violation? Is this a breach of confidentiality?
