Responsibility in society ..
Social responsibility is a business venture or policy that involves business rules of business to society. It can not be said that all the impunity has been done if a business is executed ethically and legally. In the environment or in the society where an institution develops, there is some responsibility of the organization towards the society. In the current era, most of the big businesses are participating in various development activities of the society as part of CSR or social responsibility and some of their shareholders' profits are being allocated in this sector. In some cases, the companies went to the competition to meet this obligation and went beyond the rules. In that case, the government controls the CSR.
Corporate social responsibility
Corporate Social Responsibility is a combination of social responsibility and business model. Corporate social responsibility means that the activities that affect the society, the people, the environment, the organization is responsible for the society for its actions. It says that the organization will be informed about any damage to the society or the people and will try to correct their mistakes. For this, maybe a company may need to give some profits or maybe a portion of such profits can be used for the development of society.
The organization's various liabilities
Being socially responsible does not mean that the company will neglect its other motives. A company has various liabilities - economic, legal, social. The challenge of a manager is to continue all activities without neglecting any responsibilities. So it can be said that the social responsibility company does not mean that it will be less profitable than the other company. Rather, many believe that when a company is socially responsible, it is beneficial for both society and non-company companies.
