Everyone the control freaks can control. If enough is had, then more there will be caught in the cross fires.

How bad will it get?

It's already been really bad. Things are getting more obvious so the state loses faith from the faithful so they must resort to more violence rather than mind control tactics.

There are about 15 million vacant homes in the US and about 650,000 people without homes here. So we could give every homeless person their own home and there would still be over 14 million vacant units.

We could, but there is always the faithful state worshipers and the "control mind" goons themselves to prevent it. All hail the law of the state.
