Trascendiendo la realidad pandémica del 2020, rebobinemos la cinta a Enero, y encontraremos en Venezuela una nueva expectativa hacia la dinámica empresarial del país, hablamos del resurgimiento del Mercado de Valores, luego de un 2019 de película, con grandes maromas administrativas por parte del sistema política nos vimos en la constante incertidumbre de un mercado petrolero en bajada, esta situación del precio del barril ha sido una realidad latente desde el inicio de la decisión nacional por convertir a este rubro en el sustento principal de la nación. Al igual que sucede en la vida de todos, esa decisión fundamental en la cual se decide el ingreso principal tiene una serie de factores los cuales condicionan a una realidad específica con la necesidad de establecer hábitos, disciplinas, y rutinas con respecto a la dinámica estructural del acontecer diario.

Trascending our pandemic reality in 2020, let´s rewing our tape to january, we will find in Venezuela a new expectation towards the bussines dynamics in the country, we´re talking about the resurgence of the stock market, because after kind of a 2019 movie year, with big administrative stunts from a big part of political system, we saw each other in the constant incertainty of a oil market going downstairs, (and yes) this oil prize thing has been a latent reality since the beggining of our national decision to convert this heading in the main support of the nation. It happens just in the same way in the life of everyone, that fundamental desicion in wich it is decided the main support has within itself a series of conditioning factors to a especific reality, with the necessity to establishing habits, disciplines, and routines about the estructural dynamics for our daily life.
[ESP] Para todos los países, sin importar el continente, tener presente al mercado de valores como una fuerza públicamente reconocida, representa una de las realidades económicas más sexys del planeta, tanto por su representación cinematográfica, como por el volumen de las ganancias potenciales de participantes de este espacio financiero. Para países con densas cargas ideológicas marxistas, y anti imperialistas, nos vemos en la perspectiva del recelo ante la potencial significación del establecimiento de una plataforma con esta relevancia cultural a nivel mundial, y por eso es necesario precisar las ramificaciones de un resurgimiento de la bolsa de valores en nuestro país tropical.

[ESP] El intenet, las criptomonedas, y el crowdfunding han tomado del mercado bursátil más de un elemento, Se puede decir que aspectos fundamentales de la interweb están sustancialmente inspirados y desarrollados a partir de la cultura del mercado de valores y Wall Street. Para el mundo financiero no existe una realidad sin bolsa, y para la mayoría de la población en Venezuela la realidad es esta “si no me dicen, no me entero”.

[ESP] Desde antes de esta promoción pública de parte del sector financiero para el resurgimiento del mundo de bonos y acciones, nuestra país ha estado clamando por la regularización de muchos procesos económicos, si bien desde el mundo profesional, se entiende como un gaje del oficio petrolero la situación inflacionario, y como un aspecto prácticamente cultural la poco transparencia en la distribución de la renta para la inversión social, nos vimos en un momento crítico como nación cuando no se podía establecer una realidad favorable a la formalidad del comercio, esta situación llevó cuesta arriba la empresa de llevar administraciones bien planificadas, con ciclos económicos serenos. A partir de Enero de este año, la urgencia en conjunto con la muestra de señales del despertar de la ética en los actores del sistema político, hubo un contagio positivo con respecto a la reactivación de una cultura empresarial seria, elegante, y con un sentido concreto de las necesidades del sistema económico, tanto a nivel de inversión, como a la responsabilidad social empresarial, ante esta convergencia de buenas intenciones, no queda más que el comprender las externalidades negativas del surgimiento de un nuevo momento en las finanzas nacionales. Busquemos entre todos los efectos dañinos generados por nuestras actividades de producción y consumo, con esta mentalidad del accionar profesional responsable, haremos un mejor presente.
[ENG] Before this public promotion from the financial sector to get a resurgence of the world of stocks and bonds, our country has been yelling out for regularizations of so many economic procceses, and although from the financial world, it is understood as a hydrocarbon´s ocuppational hazard the inflationary situation, and almost as a practical cultural aspect the low transparency in the distribution of the oil revenue for the social investment, we saw each other in a critic time as a nation when we could not have some stability or a favorable reality for the formality in the commerce, this situation took up hill our effort of carrying nicely planed administrations. Since early January of this 2020, the urgence ensemble with several signs sample of an ethical awakening in the actors of our political system, it has started a positive contagion about the reactivation in the serious, elegant bussines culture with a concrete sense of our economic systems needs, this comes from levels of investments, as much as in the corporate social responsability, and fronting this convergence good intentions, there´s no more that understand the external negativities of this resurgence in a new time of our national finances. Let´s search in all the damaging effects generated by our production and consumptions activities, with this mentality of our responsable professional doing, we well make a better present.
