I went by a clients house that my company has just completed to make sure that the solar company that reinstalled the homeowners roof wasn't damaged in the process. Before I even get on the roof I start finding things that don't sit right with me as a construction salesman.... there's brackets, connections, nails and even copper wire scraps everywhere. The following pictures are just a pinch of what I found let alone show how really bad it is like in person.
This is just what I found in the front yard; let alone the rest of it.
This kind of damage is called "foot fall" and "mechanical damage". In other words a human and or a human made object made this damage....
I mean come the FUCK on.... REALLY?!?!? This roof isn't even 2 weeks old!

I always inspect my clients projects after our crews have finished to make sure it was done right and they're arnt any issues..... if this had been one of our crews fault I'd prob be in jail for whooping their asses. Our crews know that if I even find 5 nails around the yard/ house they're gunna get an ear full from me. Yet these jack leg fuck offs from Solar City are here for 3 hours and manage to total the roof. It might not see like much to someone that isn't in construction sales, does roofs or isn't an insurance adjuster. Let me be the first to say that this is BEYOND messed up.
They're sending out the head person in the Dallas area and the head of residential operations to come take a look right now. I party they don't catch an attitude with me or I'll be burying two bodies in a little while. SMH
Whats more is I have other clients I'm supposed to be seeing right now.
Well they just pulled up. I'll let you know what's happened after. Grab some popcorn this is gunna get interesting.
