Don't get me wrong, Man is the best thing to happen to the earth, but on the other hand, man's activities and his quest for excellence impact the Earth badly.

Back home here in Africa, I have seen where plantations were cut down to pave way for estate developers to the death of available fruit and cash crops. The poor and gullible, sell ancestral arable lands for peanuts. When all is spent and gone, hunger takes precedent, the eyes clear out, then the cry for foul play and plea to the gods for absolution becomes a daily routine.

There is nothing wrong with trying to create a life of luxury and ease, but man will survive with the most uncomfortable livelihood when nature is become overrun with concrete slaps and glasses.

So, remember to re-plant those fruit trees you cut down, the effect as a whole is unquantifiable for you and generations to come.
