A piece of land here in Fumaguete is so sought for so people have to set up signs on empty pieces of land that it is NOT for sale because too many people dig for their number and asks to buy;) I spoke to a sales agent today and outside the city in the cool hills she sold houses to German, Swiss, American and Swedish just these last months. Some have money here and can spend 400-500$/night here.
