On most platforms, if you’re doing something wrong, people guide you. They give criticism. They explain. That’s how you improve.
Here, it feels different.
From my point of view, instead of guidance, you just get hit with a downvote and silence. No explanation. No direction. Nothing to learn from. How is anyone supposed to grow like that?
It almost feels like the message is, “How dare you walk in here without already knowing 100 percent how this place works.”
But that’s not how communities grow. People learn by making mistakes and being corrected, not by being quietly pushed toward the door.
If the goal is improvement, there has to be communication. Otherwise it just feels like gatekeeping, not mentoring.
