INGREDIENTS
500g blade steak 2 tsp lemon juice 1 T brown sugar 1 T oil 1 T honey 1 T grated onion 2 cloves garlic crushed ¼ cup Soya sauce ½ tsp ground ginger 1 T sesame seed
METHOD
Cut meat in 2½-cm cubes. Mix all ing together and pour over beef. Stir well and allow to sit for 2 hours room temp turning. Thread meat onto skewers. Cook over barbecue turning and basting with remaining marinade for about 12 mins Serves 4
