Saw "The Last Jedi" last night and really enjoyed it. It's a departure from the originals I think, but nevertheless I enjoyed it!
But now onto the real intent of this post!
This post is about the USA and our awesome love for blasting shit into space!!
That is one of the first stages of a Saturn V rocket. Its brethren rockets delivered men to the moon.
That's the opposite end where the crew spent their time....

A massive and complex machine, that basically ran on less processing power than the iPad I'm writing this on... Amazing.
This is a modern mission control room, currently used as the training room for those in the pipeline to eventually run mission control for the ISS. In the next few years it will become the mission control for The Orion program as manned mission to Mars begin. Pretty freaking cool if you ask me!
Our trip to The Houston Space Center was very fun despite the massive crowds.
