This type of Spam consists of posting a certain content, and then afterwards "deleting" it to repost it as original content again, replacing it usually with "deleted", "error", "wrong post" or similar phrases. It is usually done when the post was not voted by curators, so its basically a move of "I will repost it until you vote it and delete the previous one to pretend Im not spamming".
