Yes, there are many great bots to clean spammers.
But ironically, they're also spamming and abusing. See my reblogged posts by who believes s/he is doing the right thing. Who is this guy by the way? Any chance this trash is supported by witnesses? Why his reputation is so high? Why no one tries to stop him. This guy is the real abuser who is doing a good job only sometimes to justify his gain.
poor kitty is the same. just downvoting regardless of contents? doesn't make any sense. accounts that help or own kitty, you're the same. you also self vote a lot. directly and indirectly. what a terrible content of yours? I know many cases that their contents were superior but attacked by you just because they did some self-vote. Who dare can set the criteria of the right amount of self vote?
