Electricity and internet must be provided for all who want or need it. It is very sad and shameful that the good people of Venezuela do not have reliable power and communication. Why should anyone pay any taxes or fees to government, if nothing is provided in return? Except lies, manipulation, violence? All people need good access to electricity, water, internet, and other basics.
