Hola a todos! Quiero compartir con todos una enorme iniciativa que han tenido en mi pueblo.
Los dirigentes del ayuntamiento han decidido ceder parte de los terrenos que poseen para los residentes que quieran trabajarlos los usen para cultivo.
Se han dividido en parcelas y quien ha querido a recibido hasta dos, la única condición que se puso es que se cultivara sin pesticidas ni productos químicos y que la cosecha no se usase para venta ni beneficio económico.
Hello everyone! I want to share with everyone a huge initiative that they have had in my town.

Os puedo asegurar que la diferencia de sabor de cualquiera de estos productos a los que pudieras comprar en cualquier cadena de supermercados de cualquier ciudad, es abismal.
A mi por ejemplo al probar los tomates me recordó directamente a mi infancia. Sabores perdidos, olvidados ya, por acostumbrar el paladar a los productos que se venden hoy día y que tienden a primar la cantidad de producción antes que la calidad en si misma, pero eso es otra historia.
I can assure you that the difference of flavor of any of these products that you could buy in any chain of supermarkets of any city, is abysmal.
For example, when I tried the tomatoes, it reminded me directly of my childhood. Lost flavors, forgotten already, to accustom the palate to the products that are sold today and that tend to prevail the quantity of production before the quality in itself, but that is another history.
Esto esta preparado para que crezcan garrofones, un variedad de haba valenciana utilizada para la paella.
Algo importante, es vallar toda la parcela trabajada, por lo menos por esta zona, porque hay muchos conejos y si no quieres encontrarte con sorpresas es mejor prevenir. Ellos también comen.

Pienso que este tipo de iniciativas las tendrían que poner en practica la gran mayoría de comunidades, ya que en España tenemos gran cantidad de variedades de verduras, frutas... y lo más importante, campo, terreno y hasta pueblos abandonados.
Esto seguro que daría alternativas a personas que seguro lo necesitan y generaría un recurso sostenible.
Think that this type of initiatives would have to put into practice the vast majority of communities, since in Spain we have many varieties of vegetables, fruits ... and most important, field, land and even abandoned villages.
This would surely give alternatives to people who surely need it and would generate a sustainable resource.
Romero, lavanda, pimientos,berengenas y un largo etc, es maravilloso lo que te ofrece la madre tierra si la cuidas.
Rosemary, lavender, peppers, aubergines and a long etc., it is wonderful what Mother Earth offers you if you take care of it.
