Vivo en Villa de Cura, localidad del estado Aragua en Venezuela. Tengo 3 hijas y 10 nietos. Esto es maravilloso, porque a los 20 años, teniendo solo dos hijas pequeñas tuve cáncer de garganta, pensé que no vería a mis hijas grandes. Los médicos me dieron tres meses de vida, mi familia preparó la fosa que había sido pensada originalmente para mi abuela, pero por gracia de Dios, el Dr. José Gregorio Hernandez hizo el milagro de sanarme, tuve después otra niña y ahora, como ya les dije ¡Hasta nietos tengo! Otro día les contaré en detalle esta experiencia que Dios me permitió vivir. Aparte de las labores del hogar me dedico a "coser ajeno", así llamamos acá al coser por encargo.

I live in Villa de Cura, a town in the state of Aragua in Venezuela. I have 3 daughters and 10 grandchildren. This is wonderful, because at the age of 20, having only two little daughters I had throat cancer, I thought I would not see my daughters growing. The doctors gave me three months to live, my family prepared the grave that had been originally intended for my grandmother, but by the grace of God, and Dr.Jose Gregorio Hernandez he did the miracle of healing me, later I had another girl and now, as I already told you, I even have grandchildren! Another day I will tell you in detail about this experience that God allowed me to live.Apart from housework, I dedicate myself to "sewing for others", that's what we call here when sewing on request.

Estaré compartiendo el paso a paso de los vestidos que confecciono (la mayor parte para mis nietas) y de los arreglos que hago a pantalones o faldas con "detalles". También voy a compartir anécdotas de mi infancia y juventud y tal vez participe en uno que otro concurso pues estuve revisando esta página y vi que hay para todos los gustos y aficiones.

I will be sharing the step by step of the dresses that I make (most of it for my granddaughters) and the arrangements that I make to pants or skirts with "details".I am also going to share anecdotes from my childhood and youth and perhaps participate in the odd contest because I was reviewing this page and I saw that there is something for all likes and hobbies.
Antes de decidirme a aceptar la invitación a participar que me hizo mi hermana estuve revisando la página y quedé gratamente sorprendida de cuánta gente creativa la forma...y en tantas cosas!!! Unos escriben, hay poetas y fotógrafos y gente que ama la cocina y las manualidades. Hay músicos, cantantes, instrumentistas. Hay espacio para los religiosos y espacios para los ateos...¡Nadie queda fuera! Vi unos trabajos espectaculares en el área de dibujo, de tejido...de todo.

Before deciding to accept the invitation to participate that my sister made me, I was reviewing the page and I was pleasantly surprised by how many creative people be here ... and in so many things !!! Some write, there are poets and photographers and people who love cooking and crafts.There are musicians, singers, instrumentalists. There is space for the religious and spaces for the atheists ... No one is left out! I saw some spectacular work in the area of drawing, weaving ... everything.
De veras que me entusiasmó ver tantas cosas bellas e interesantes y a tanta gente dedicada a compartir y promover buenas iniciativas. Así que, bueno, quiero pertenecer a este equipo y dar mi pequeño aporte desde lo que practico y se. Esperó hacer muchos amigos acá y que me alcance el tiempo para seguir leyendo en Hive.
