En esta ocasión voy a presentarles una hermosa diadema, elaborada con retazos de tela. Es muy sencilla de confeccionar y de esta manera le damos utilidad a esos recortes de tela que tenemos en casa y en ocasiones no sabemos que provecho darles.

This time I am going to present you a beautiful headband, made with fabric scraps. It is very simple to make and in this way we give utility to those fabric scraps that we have at home and sometimes we do not know how to use them.

Materiales a utilizar:

• Retazos de tela
• Elastico
• Hilo
• Regla
• Tijera
• Maquina de coser.

Materials to be used :

• Fabric scraps
• Elastic
• Thread
• Ruler
• Scissors
• Sewing machine.

Iniciamos recortando de los retazos de tela, tres rectangulos. 2 regtangulos de 42x10cm 1 regtangulo de 25x5cm

We start by cutting out three rectangles from the fabric scraps.
2 regtangles of 42x10cm
1 rectangle of 25x5cm

Continuamos cerrando los rectángulos por el revés y luego los volteamos al lado derecho.

We continue closing the rectangles on the reverse side and then flip them to the right side.

Seguidamente entrecruzamos los rectángulos mas grandes(42x10cm)

Next, we crisscross the larger rectangles (42x10cm).

Ahora tomamos el rectángulo mas pequeño(25x5cm) y le intruducimos 15cm de elastico y cosemos sus puntas, para luego unirlas con los rectangulos mas grandes.

Now we take the smaller rectangle (25x5cm) and we intrude 15cm of elastic and sew its ends, and then we join them with the larger rectangles.
