Brave kitten | Gatito valiente
Su madre acababa de salir en busca de alimento (aún pude ver el extremo de su cola doblar la esquina). Mientras, los 3 gatitos jugaban despreocupados en medio de la acera pero... notaron mi presencia. En décimas de segundo desaparecieron bajo la puerta. Esperé paciente... y no tardó en asomar el más valiente. Se atrevió incluso a avanzar unos pasos. Acurrucado me observaba. Cada vez que me acercaba retrocedía y volvía a la seguridad que le ofrecían los tablones de madera. Sin embargo, su valentía, o su curiosidad, le empujaba a salir de nuevo.
Al final conseguí fotografiarle pero al intentar acercarme más volvió a su refugio.
Aunque conseguí mi objetivo, seguiré visitándole.

His mother had just left for food (I could still see the end of her tail turning the corner). Meanwhile, the 3 kittens played carefree in the middle of the sidewalk but ... they noticed my presence. In tenths of a second they disappeared under the door. I waited patient ... and soon the bravest appeared. He even dared to take a few steps. Curled up he watched me. Each time I approached, he backed out and returned to the safety offered by the wooden planks. However, his courage, or his curiosity, pushed him to leave again.
In the end I managed to photograph him but when he tried to get closer, he returned to his refuge.
Although I achieved my goal, I will continue to visit him.
