Emotions can usually be released by just acknowledging them, observing them, without reacting.
Observe your anger, your stress, your sadness, your love, your jealousy, whatever comes up.
Let it flow through you. Let it dissolve in the piscean waters.
This is the way out of tumultuous emotional days.
The other way is simply avoiding any contact with your inner world.
Repressing it. Projecting it onto others. So others are sensitive and emotional and you don't understand why?
Take some time to delve into your inner world, meditate, reflect, contemplate, this is what the pisces do. They find retreat and refuge in contemplation and meditation, in order to bring out more compassion and unconditional love for the whole.
