The Supernatural Writing Contest (SWC) initiated by spans topics that are very close to the core mission of AAKOM.
I would therefore like to do an occasional list of those entries that I found personally interesting. This is the second such collection - the first one is here.
There is no way I can compete on the upvote front, but the door is open to discuss these issues further within the AAKOM community chatroom.
So, without further ado, here is my current list of favourites.

Déjà Vu -Two Figure in My Near Death Experiences (SWC) by
That's it for now! Way too many posts to read them all!
Well, not quite. I finally posted my own article for SWC: Near Death, The Void and Naked Awareness (SWC).
Please, feel free to discuss any of the above, or suggest anything I may have missed!
I have come across a lot of articles on near-death experiences (NDEs), but also quite a few that haven't really understood the meaning of the term! To quote Wikipedia's one-liner: "Such experiences may encompass a variety of sensations including detachment from the body, feelings of levitation, total serenity, security, warmth, the experience of absolute dissolution, and the presence of a light." It is not just a close-shave with death (although it could be) but is a transcendental experience in a state somewhere between living and dying.
One of my Zen teachers had his first satori while rock-climbing at the moment of near-death; it gave him that super-human strength needed to save himself from an almost certain precipitous drop to his death.
The truth is not out there, it is deep inside.
