Your belly is sacred.
Our health begins there. Our intuition, our cosmic GPS is there.
Our second brain is there. They dont call it "Power Center" for nothing.
It has been called by other names - hara, dan tien - energy center.
When we understand this simple truth - we place our Self in a position of power.
We understand the importance of keeping our tummy clean and unblocked.
Many of us run around with bloated, sluggish bellies that are full of uninvited invaders, wondering why we dont feel so good.
First thing to do when we wish to improve our health is to take good care of the belly area, to CONNECT with our Power Center, to activate our "second brain."
After observing how this works for a few decades, I put a few basic outlines to guide those of You, looking for encouragement.
How To Take Care of the Second Brain:
Drink a large glass of warm lemon water upon arising every single day.
Just this step alone makes a tremendous difference in how we feel. It puts our body in a cleansing mode, giving our belly an inside shower.
Address parasites!
Many people seem very uncomfortable with this subject. The truth is, most of us have them, and those who never did parasite cleanse - have them. The good news, they are easy to evict by consuming the right edibles - herbs, spices, and other healing plants.
After they are gone - our body feels relieved, our immunity immediately gets better, we shift from feeling blocked, heavy and uncomfortable to feeling light and uplifted.
Fasting.
Fasting has been successfully used as a self-healing tool for thousands of years, it is one of the most powerful ways to alter our vibration and tune into more CLARITY and ALIGNMENT we all need.
Once You experience that feeling of elevation and empowerment that takes place after fasting, You will be hooked.
Deep breathing into the tummy area.
Most of us breath shallow these days. Sending deep mindful breaths into our power/hara center is one of the most empowering and self-loving things we can do. It does wonders to how we feel.
- Adopting a High Vibe plantbased diet.
Eating foods that cleanse and nurture, that provide us with nutriceuticals and living enzymes - creates a different experience of the Self.
We take good care of our cells (Self) because what we call SELF is the vibrational center of who we are and what we are able to receive and broadcast.
