I agree with threejay, for sure, the economy will be less stable. For the recovery, it will depends on the strategy of each country. One of it is to cut allowance of the citizens.
However, it is depends on the covid-19's spreadness. If it still not yet fully stopped, the country is unable to start the recovery.
