The card I choose is Doctor Blight. The inspiration came from my love for the blight doctor aesthetic and my love for memes.

#3 - Process
I used the native Microsoft screen capture to create an editable version of the original animated video.
I used MiniTool Moviemaker to convert the video into a GIF. This then allowed me to adjust the color and add some visual effects.
Finally, I used onlinegiftools.com to convert the new GIF into 16x16 resolution.
