Rental Income is one of my main targets this year because it is like having a money printer - well... it's more like a business... but money printer sounds more fun 😄
I've been tossing different ideas around and I finally landed on the one I think will work best.
Let me show you something mind boggling powerful and fundamentally incredible that we all know but almost none of us DO...
Goal and Overview:
Goal - increase Rental Income by $10 per day
Overview - the power of compounding exponential growth is truly staggering and can be life changing when implemented properly...
Buuuuut... it's neither flashy nor fun... in fact... it's pretty boring... and repetitive... so almost no one does it 😐
However... Let me use my previous post as an example, use todays prices as the metrics and show you, mathematically what happens with a little focus and application of exponential growth...

First... I am very, VERY fortunate to live in America, have a decent job (two of them) and have extra money to invest into things like this...
The reason I love the Rental Market is simple: in the real world, to earn Rental Income, you typically need a property... which usually costs a LOT of money...
With Splinterlands, you can start with just TEN USD (or your own local currency)... from there, you can start compounding gains.

I will do this for 365 Days... and show you the Returns of this investment over the course of the project at 1, 100, 200, 300 & 365 Days.
This will just reflect the $5 I put in each day and WILL NOT REFLECT REINVESTMENT OF THE PROFITS TO COMPOUND THE GAINS... (that's super fucking important to understand)...

At only $5 per day (all things remaining constant) 100 days later our project earns THREE THOUSAND DEC PER DAY?!?
Card wise, when compounding, at just 100 days in... we get an EXTRA CARD every other day at this point!
The Asterisk (*) next to Cards Owned is because you will have MORE than 100 should you choose to reinvest your rental income and compound the gains you earn!!!
Cash wise, we are earning over TWO DOLLARS PER DAY!!
