Splinterlands Card Giveaway
Each week I host a giveaway for one of the original Reward Edition Splinterlands cards. Most of these cards have been out-of-print for almost two years, so new players can only get them in the market, and that can be pretty expensive. These giveaways are a way to help players build their deck for free.

For this week's Blast From The Past Giveaway, I'm giving away an Undead Minotaur.
When the Undead Minotaur was first released several years ago it was, to be perfectly honest, a flop. If you tried to use it as a tank, it was so slow, it was usually dead before it could use its Double Strike ability. The most common use for an Undead Minotaur was to burn it for the 15 DEC. But over time, new rulesets, like Melee Mayhem and Super Sneak have made it a pretty useful card. Bury it in the back row and its Double Strike ability can deal a lot of damage to enemy units.
Even with the recent price correction on Splinterlands cards, the cheapest Level 1 Undead Minotaur card is still $0.80 on the Splinterlands market. That means this card is worth many times the 15 DEC you would get from burning the card. So don't even think about sending this card to the burn tanks!
If you are just starting out and haven't been able to add an Undead Minotaur to your deck or just need another one to level yours up, then you should get in on this giveaway. This Undead Minotaur card will be sent to one lucky winner when this contest closes at post payout time.
If this Undead Minotaur card doesn't fit in with your master plan for Splinterlands domination, or if you lack the skill and wisdom necessary to achieve victory with it, you can always rent it to someone else or try to sell it in the market.
