While I think some comments here have done the math better, burning DEC doesn't seem like a bad thing so I'll be better voting yes but I think this is a drop in the bucket proposal.

Other people have put it more eloquently but I'll reiterate that we should start waiting a decent period of time to see how all these DEC proposals work themselves out before new proposals come out.
