Today, I logged in to my Splinterlands game account and there was a surprise waiting for me.. Yes; its the IMMORTALIS - Another Chaos Legion Legendary Summoner, which was Airdropped to players who had bought the Chaos Legion packs from the Splinterlands portal/website. Currently, we also have the CL packs being burnt daily, close to 25k packs are being burnt daily. This definitely should help in reducing the packs supply and ultimately build pressure on the cards internal market.. hoping for a positive move here.
As we can see IMMORTALIS is a legendary card and belongs to the earth monster category - which is my favorite amongst the other monsters which are Water, Fire, Dragon, Life and Neutral. So here it is, as seen from the given image below I had bought 1360 CL packs and based on the Airdrop criteria I was sure to be airdropped at least two IMMORTALIS cards..
Looking at its stats this seems to be a decent summoner under Earth category. Speaking for myself I really like its - Void ability at the start of the battle. It also reduces one health therefore making it a good legendary card to upgrade and I am planning to upgrade it near future. Check it prices in the internal market as you can see the normal card is being sold for $11+ and a gold foil card for $68+ not a bad deal when you get this card as an Airdrop.. Happy to receive this legendary card.. So how many of these cards did I get remains the main question?
Claiming IMMORTALIS Legendary Card - Was I Luck for GL card?
Damn, I missed the Gold foil card being airdropped. Would have been better if there was 1 GL IMMORTALIS coming my way. Anyways, I still got 2 standard cards and they at the moment are worth $22+ dollars. I have already got them working for me as they are rented out and am earning $DEC daily from it. I am planning to buy more CL packs and bring my total to 2K packs at least. This will make eligible for more cards being airdropped. There are still two more cards to be airdropped. In case you want to check if you got the card or not. Then the first step of the eligibility criteria is that you should have bought CL packs from Splinterlands website. And if you you did then in the game account you can see the notification for the airdrop once you login now to claim the Airdrop.
Right now my focus is on accumulating $DEC and $SPS. Having achieved my $SPS stake to 200K+, I am still building my portfolio with $SPS as I am a strong believer of this governance token of the game Splintershards (SPS) expecting the price of $SPS to rise in this fiscal year, 2023. The more $SPS tokens I accumulated the more I wanted and I will continue to be accumulating this year as well.. more on the $SPS target for 2023 in my next post. Finally, it hurts seeing $SPS being traded at all times low..when are we going to see $SPS Moon is the question. I am optimistic the $SPS will definately moon but its going to take time; not too high but at least we could see $SPS in the range bound of $0.20 cents to $0.30. Can we get $SPS traded even higher would nice to see $SPS Moon... cheers :-)
