CHAOS is an older set but one that still has some trade volume. Nothing compared to when it first launched. However that is the nature of the card sets from Splinterlands. Alpha and Beta that command higher price points rarely see trades for their Card Packs. There is allot that factors into such. For example ALPHA is very scarce and those who hold Alpha packs don't want to let them go nor won't let them go at undervalued prices. The same is true for the BETA set. While BETA was a larger set compared to ALPHA it (BETA) packs and cards are second in scarcity only to ALPHA. UNTAMED/ CHAOS and beyond all had much higher print rates. Personally I like keeping an eye on the CHAOS pack set. The header for this post is a candlestick graph that shows sales volume for the CHAOS Pack. The most recent CHAOS Pack sold for just over 30 cents. The BID amount has fell to just over 20 cents although I don't suspect anyone will sell into it (stranger things have happened). The current ASK price sits at near 35 cents which is up roughly 5 cents since our last post about CHAOS just over a week ago. You can read that previous post by clicking the following highlighted link: CHAOS For 30 Cents A Pack. The CHAOS set cards do contain DEC (Dark Energy Crystals).

Above you will see the orders book template. 3.25 Hive Tokens per CHAOS Pack on the Buy Orders side and 5.55 Hive Tokens per CHAOS Pack on the Sell Orders side. Looks like the Hive Token has a 4-5% increase in USD value within the last 24hours. Of course this still leaves us at a very affordable price for the Hive Token. I have been busy lately so I haven't been glued to the markets as usual but it does seem to me that the Hive Token might have bottomed. When the climb upwards comes in full motion is anyone's guess but if there is one thing I learned from this cryptocurrency experience of mine its that changes can happen fast and abruptly. Plan for the worst and hope for the best is a good mindset with anything. Never invest what you can't afford to lose. The chips will fall where they fall after that. The current (2026-05-25) Hive Token value is $0.06235 USD per token. Hive Price quote taken from Coin Market Cap. I can't create a post about CHAOS without opening a pack or two so lets do that now. As I noted in previous posts, no potions were used in the opening of these packs. No reasons as to why - that is just how I do my CHAOS pack openings. Our last pack featured in a post was the standard one rare and four common pack. Will we beat the odds this time? There's only one way to find out. Lets get to opening :)
Pack One:
Pack Two:
Look at that - GOLD in our first pack opening. Sure it's a common GOLD but I'll take it. Our second pack opening we weren't as lucky and flipped open the standard pack. We did manage to get a nice wide range of cards in that second pack with two being from the Earth Splinter, One from the Death Splinter, One from Water Splinter and One from Life Splinter. Two or there of the cards are of the lower MANA cost which is nice. Overall no complaints here about my opening. If I can flip a gold in as little as two packs that counts as a win in my books. That's it for this post. Thanks for reading. We hope to see you at the next :) Sign up for Splinterlands here: https://splinterlands.com/register?ref=rentmoney or here: https://splinterlands.com/.
