Hive account@speedtuninng — Based on how I read it, there is no guarantee of winning one of the prizes. It seems to be more like a raffle ticket. If you spend 10,000 dec, you gain a ticket. If you spend 30,000 dec, you gain three tickets. The more tickets you have the better chance of receiving a prize, but it does not appear there is any guarantee (I least based on how I interpret things).
