What Would Happen?

Here's a screenshot of the SPS graph price over the last month. As you can see it has been a rather steady decline in price/Hive. Seeing as there is another pre-sale for Chaos Legion packs coming to a close soon, one might wonder what would happen if everyone stopped selling SPS for a little while and let the price rise.

How would you like to see the cost per pack drop by half? Just asking.
