Hello Splinters Family,
Today the battle I will show is an epic battle between Hero Beyond and Gargoya Devil from my alternative account. I thought I will lose this battle because Hero of Beyond has an advantage compared to Gargoya.

I use Sloan to give additional damage in range. Because one of the rulesets is going the distance only range monster you can use in the battle.
BATTLE LINE-UP
- VENARI MARKSRAT - 1st position monster, A ranged attacker with martyr ability. The only purpose to place in 1st position the Marksrat is to kill easily and activate the martyr ability.
- GARGOYA DEVIL - 2nd position monster, A Melee attacker with Reach, Reflection Shield, and True Strike abilities. Because of reach Tide Biter can attack to 2nd position.
ROUND BY ROUND BATTLE
ROUND 1
- Both our 1st position monster can't attack in 1st postion.
- Gargoya attack removes the divine shield of opponent Marksrat.
ROUND 2
- Both our Marksrat die and activate the martyr ability
- Both monsters receive an additional +1 to all stats.
ROUND 3
- Gargoya armor remove and the opponent's divine shield also remove in both of our attacks.
ROUND 4
- Gargoya attack remove the armor of Hero of Beyond.
- Hero of Beyond attack missed.
ROUND 7
- Battle ended in round 7,
- From round 4 to up to round 7 all attacks of Hero of Beyond are missed.

- The flying and speed of Gargoya Devil help to evade the attack of Hero of Beyond.
- For the going distance rulesets if the close range ability is present to a monster include it to lilneup. Place the monster in 1st or last position.
- Dodge and Flying ability also include in the lineup.
