This is the first time I've every has more losses than wins. This was contributed to by having by far my longest losing streak of 7 games last night trying to get a single sneak win to complete my daily quest. It was really 9 straight losses because it was interrupted by two surrenders from opponents. The reason for this is that I got to Champion III last season and thus started in Diamond League which is super difficult these days.

My only splinter with a maxed summoner, Death, did really poorly this season which is unusual. My almost maxed Dragon splinter did way better and Fire did surprisingly well, although I only used in very specific circumstances, like Equalizer with Exploding Dwarf.

No golds or legendaries this season contributing to a particularly poor DEC tally for over 110 games.
I'm questioning whether playing Splinterlands in an appropriate investment of my time. I certainly could earn substantially more by just posting more on Hive. The question is whether it is more fun/personally rewarding than other options. Posting requires being inspired to write while playing is easier. But I hate losing so having a bad season like this does not improve my mood.
Plenty to think about.
