Coinbase ---> Simpleswap.io ---> Leodex.io

I use these three to move funds to buy SPS and DEC. I don't know what the total slippage is across them but it's certainly less than 20%. SimpleSwap seems to always have a fair exchange and Leodex only takes 0.25% for deposits.
