Liverpool cruised into the Champions League semi-final after setting aside Manchester City in the quarter-finals. In the second match at Etihad Stadium, Liverpool again 2-1 win over Man City on Tuesday (10/4/2018).
In the quarter-finals of the second, Man City opened up when Gabriel Jesus scored when the game has been running for two minutes. However, Liverpool bounced back in the second half and replied through Mohamed Salah (56 ') and Roberto Firmino (77').
Liverpool also qualify with 5-1 aggregate. For Manchester City, it was their third straight defeat after losing at Anfield in their first Champions League quarter-final match and beaten by Manchester derby in the Premier League last weekend.
