I think last season has really re-aligned Guardiola's brain.
After playing with two of the best clubs in the world, with barely any teams in the league, he has just joined a team in a league that has a handful of teams who could be the best. Not only that, he faced the harsh reality of the English media.
I also was part of the crowd: "ha! look at him now. What great manager is he. Comes to a proper league and gets battered. He is nothing".
He has completely switched it around and you can see his determination for winning everything. MORE determination than any of the other top teams. Arsenal put kids out against Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup third round and lost.
Guardiola played a near full strength first team against a second division team.
The guy is here to win every trophy and he wants it a lot more than any other manager in the country. I think City will win all three domestic trophies.
It remains to be seen how they compete with Europe's elite though...
