Bomber from Juventus, Gonzalo Higuain, said that his team mate, Cristiano Ronaldo, is now a much more complete player than before.
Higuain and Ronaldo had indeed been a teammate when they were both strengthening Real Madrid. The two separated when El Pipita chose to leave in 2013.
Now after last season there was no time to play one team because Higuain was loaned to AC Milan and Chelsea, the two are now back to working together on the Juventus front line.
Moreover, Maurizio Sarri prefers to play Higuain in the formation of three attackers. The Argentine striker was happy to be able to work together again with Ronaldo.
"I haven't played with Cristiano for years and when I stopped playing with him, he was younger," Calciomercato was quoted as saying on Friday (9/13/19).
"I have found a more complete player, who grew up in terms of ambition, tried to win everything and set a new record. To be honest, I am very happy to find him again," he continued.
Higuain also stressed if he only wanted to play for Juventus when returning from a loan spell despite having been linked with several clubs over the past summer.
