According to the FIFA the Pots was arranged from the strongest to the weakest side ... I:e
Pot 1 were for the Strongest Team.
Pot 2 were for the Strong Team.
Pot 3 were for the Average/middle class Team.
While Pot 4 were for the weakest Team.
In addition the team's scales of capacity from the Strongest to the weakest was determined by the World FIFA Ranking.
As we await the Draws, which is to take place on the 1st of December, 2017 in Moscow’s State Kremlin Palace, One thing for sure we should expect is one Team from each Pot's in a Group. Except that of the UEAF Representative's.
